Order preparation
Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, preparation may take a little longer.

Every JonesGirl order is prepared with intention. Here is what to expect after you place yours.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is a flat $8.95 per order.
Delivery
Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts your package and is separate from our preparation time. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside JonesGirl’s control.
Unopened returns
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned. If an unopened product is not right for you, contact JonesGirl within 7 days of delivery. Approved items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact JonesGirl within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the packaging and include clear photographs of the item and shipping package so we can make it right.
A few important notes
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
